It’s not often you get to host a former president, but if you act quickly, you can claim this honor with as little as an adoption fee and easy installments of cat food, litter, and love.  This gorgeous elder statesman was surrendered when his owner’s health declined.  Since then, he’s been a regal resident, eagerly awaiting his next mansion.   He’s about 14 lbs., has specks of orange and tabby, is up to date on his vaccines, and is neutered. Mr.  President James Madison spends every night he can sleeping next to his foster or on top of her.
